RESERVATION POLICY

  1. Reservation Fee
    1. A non-refundable reservation fee of an agreed amount is required to reserve a vehicle.
    2. The vehicle will not be considered reserved until cleared funds have been received.
    3. The reservation fee secures the vehicle for the agreed reservation period only.
  2. Non-Refundable Policy
    1. The reservation fee is strictly non-refundable.
    2. Where the customer has viewed and inspected the vehicle in person prior to paying the reservation fee, the fee will not be refunded if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase for any reason.
    3. Where the customer has not viewed the vehicle in person prior to paying the reservation fee, the reservation fee remains non-refundable in respect of:
      • Cosmetic condition
      • Minor marks, dents, scratches, age-related wear
      • Interior condition
      • Specification or trim level
      • Any issues that do not aPect the safe mechanical operation of the vehicle
    4. In circumstances where the vehicle is found, prior to collection, to have a major mechanical fault that renders it unroadworthy or significantly diPerent from its advertised mechanical condition, the business will either:
      1. Rectify the fault prior to completion of sale; or
      2. If the fault cannot reasonably be rectified, refund the reservation fee in full.
    5. For the avoidance of doubt, minor servicing requirements, routine maintenance items, advisory notes, or age-related wear shall not be considered major mechanical faults
  3. Reservation Period
    1. The reservation period is the agreed amount of calendar days from the date cleared funds are received.
    2. If full payment or finance approval is not completed within this period, the vehicle may be released for sale.
    3. The business reserves the right to extend the reservation period at its discretion.
  4. Application of Reservation Fee
    1. If the purchase proceeds, the reservation fee will be deducted from the final purchase price of the vehicle.
    2. The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer, finance, or other agreed method prior to collection.
  5. Vehicle Condition & Description
    1. Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition and specification of the vehicle prior to paying the reservation fee.
    2. While every eHort is made to ensure accuracy, vehicle descriptions, mileage, and specifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
  6. Finance Applications
    1. Submission of a finance application does not guarantee
    2. If finance is declined, the reservation fee remains non-
  7. Business Cancellation
    1. In the unlikely event that the business cannot supply the vehicle (e.g., prior sale, undisclosed fault, or withdrawal from sale), the reservation fee will be refunded in full.
    2. The business shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer.
  8. Customer Agreement

    By paying the reservation fee, the customer confirms that they:

    • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
    • Agree that the reservation fee is non-refundable
    • Agree to complete the purchase within the stated reservation period
